Reposition wellbeing to maximise children’s learning, increase family engagement and build capacity within early years settings

About

Playback Learning Academy aims to reposition wellbeing to maximise children’s learning, increase family engagement and build capacity within early years. Playback understands that early intervention investment in early years is crucial to achieve a healthy and inclusive society. To effect change and influence people’s lives we need to offer flexible learning environments and curricula that meet the needs of all children and their families to enable them to lead full and productive lives.

We are committed to high quality early learning and childcare which will enable children to achieve the skills and confidence to carry into school education. By repositioning wellbeing as the foundations to effect learning children will improve their literacy and numeracy skills. This is the cornerstone for closing the poverty-related attainment gap between children from the most and least deprived communities.
